Regulation of the Minister of Finance of August 17, 1999 on the detailed conditions for issuing binding tariff information, the form of the application and the necessary documents to be attached to it, as well as the form of the binding tariff information document.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Finansów z dnia 17 sierpnia 1999 r. w sprawie szczegółowych warunków wydawania wiążącej informacji taryfowej, wzoru wniosku i niezbędnych dokumentów, które należy do niego dołączyć, a także wzoru formularza wiążącej informacji taryfowej.
