Regulation of the Council of Ministers of August 26, 1999 amending the regulation on the determination of detailed rules and procedures for organizing public tenders for the sale of fixed assets or the lease of property for consideration to other entities by a company established as a result of commercialization, and the conditions under which deviation from the tender is permitted.
