Rozporządzenie Ministra Sprawiedliwości z dnia 26 października 2000 r. w sprawie zasad i trybu postępowania właściwych organów w wypadku, gdy liczba osadzonych w zakładach karnych lub aresztach śledczych przekroczy w skali kraju ogólną pojemność tych zakładów.
