Rozporządzenie Ministra Pracy i Polityki Społecznej z dnia 1 grudnia 2000 r. w sprawie szczegółowych zasad udzielania pomocy uchodźcom, wysokości świadczeń pieniężnych, form i zakresu pomocy, trybu postępowania w tych sprawach oraz warunków wstrzymania pomocy lub jej odmowy.
