Regulation of the Council of Ministers of December 27, 2000, amending the regulation on the bodies authorized and obligated to conduct inspections of the performance of the obligation to conclude an insurance contract, and the procedure for determining and enforcing the fee for non-compliance with this obligation.
Rozporządzenie Rady Ministrów z dnia 27 grudnia 2000 r. zmieniające rozporządzenie w sprawie organów uprawnionych i organów obowiązanych do przeprowadzania kontroli wykonania obowiązku zawarcia umowy ubezpieczenia obowiązkowego oraz trybu ustalania i egzekwowania opłaty za niedopełnienie tego obowiązku.
