Regulation of the Minister of Economy of December 22, 2000, on the determination of the form of application used in the procedure for issuing permits for the import of certain motor vehicles originating from Member States of the European Union, the list of documents and information that should be attached to the application, the conditions for issuing and using the permit, and the method and procedure for recording issued permits within the tariff quota in the year 2001.
