Rozporządzenie Ministra Pracy i Polityki Społecznej z dnia 23 lutego 2000 r. w sprawie szczegółowych zasad przeprowadzenia przez Zakład Ubezpieczeń Społecznych losowania otwartych funduszy emerytalnych dla ubezpieczonych, którzy nie dopełnili obowiązku zawarcia umów z funduszami.
