Regulation of the Minister of National Education of May 11, 2000, on the amount of minimum basic remuneration rates for teachers, the method of calculating the basic remuneration rate per notional hour, the list of positions and additional tasks and activities entitling to a functional allowance, general conditions for granting a motivational allowance, the list of difficult and arduous working conditions constituting the basis for granting a working conditions allowance, and specific cases of counting periods of employment and other periods entitling to a length-of-service allowance.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Edukacji Narodowej z dnia 11 maja 2000 r. w sprawie wysokości minimalnych stawek wynagradzania zasadniczego nauczycieli, sposobu obliczania wysokości stawki wynagrodzenia zasadniczego za jedną godzinę przeliczeniową, wykazu stanowisk oraz dodatkowych zadań i zajęć uprawniających do dodatku funkcyjnego, ogólnych warunków przyznawania dodatku motywacyjnego, wykazu trudnych i uciążliwych warunków pracy stanowiących podstawę przyznania dodatku za warunki pracy oraz szczególnych przypadków zaliczania okresów zatrudnienia i innych okresów uprawniających do dodatku za wysługę lat.
