Rozporządzenie Rady Ministrów z dnia 9 maja 2000 r. w sprawie określenia zakresu zadań w dziedzinie kultury objętych mecenatem państwa oraz szczegółowych zasad i trybu udzielania jednostkom samorządu terytorialnego dotacji na te zadania i dotacji celowych na dofinansowanie bieżących zadań własnych, związanych z prowadzeniem instytucji kultury, przejętych w dniu 1 stycznia 1999 r.
