Rozporządzenie Ministra Rolnictwa i Rozwoju Wsi z dnia 23 sierpnia 2001 r. w sprawie warunków i trybu udzielania zezwoleń na kierowanie stajnią wyścigową, licencji na trenowanie koni, dosiadanie (powożenie) koni oraz pełnienie funkcji sędziego wyścigowego.
