Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 21 August 2001 on the content and form of the notification of the issuance of investment certificates of a closed-end investment fund not subject to mandatory introduction into public trading, where the nominal value of one investment certificate is not less than the equivalent in PLN of 40,000 euro.

Rozporządzenie Ministra Finansów z dnia 21 sierpnia 2001 r. w sprawie treści i wzoru zawiadomienia o emisji certyfikatów inwestycyjnych specjalistycznego funduszu inwestycyjnego zamkniętego niepodlegających obowiązkowi wprowadzenia do publicznego obrotu, w której wartość nominalna jednego certyfikatu inwestycyjnego jest nie mniejsza niż równowartość w złotych 40 000 euro.
