Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development of May 15, 2001, on offenses for which officials of certain bodies performing tasks in the field of agriculture and agricultural markets are authorized to impose fines by way of penalty orders, and the rules and manner of issuing authorizations.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Rolnictwa i Rozwoju Wsi z dnia 15 maja 2001 r. w sprawie wykroczeń, za które funkcjonariusze niektórych organów realizujących zadania z zakresu rolnictwa i rynków rolnych są upoważnieni do nakładania grzywien w drodze mandatu karnego, oraz zasad i sposobu wydawania upoważnień.
