Regulation of the Minister of Economy of May 25, 2001, on the detailed rules for granting monetary equivalent for the right to free coal and for paying this equivalent, as well as the rules for refunding the costs of coal entitlement and compensatory pensions.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Gospodarki z dnia 25 maja 2001 r. w sprawie szczegółowych zasad przyznawania ekwiwalentu pieniężnego z tytułu prawa do bezpłatnego węgla i wypłacania tego ekwiwalentu oraz zasad refundowania kosztów deputatu węglowego i rent wyrównawczych.
