Rozporządzenie Rady Ministrów z dnia 5 czerwca 2001 r. w sprawie szczegółowych warunków i sposobu użycia środków przymusu bezpośredniego wobec nieletnich umieszczonych w zakładach poprawczych, schroniskach dla nieletnich, placówkach opiekuńczo-wychowawczych i ośrodkach szkolno-wychowawczych.
