Regulation of the Prime Minister of 21 August 2002 on the announcement of elections to municipal councils, poviat councils and voivodeship assemblies, the Council of the Capital City of Warsaw and district councils in the Capital City of Warsaw, and elections of village heads, mayors and city presidents.
