Regulation of the President of the Council of Ministers of October 3, 2002 on the method of documenting operational control conducted by the Internal Security Agency, storing and transferring applications and orders, and storing, transferring, processing and destroying materials obtained during the application of this control.
Rozporządzenie Prezesa Rady Ministrów z dnia 3 października 2002 r. w sprawie sposobu dokumentowania prowadzonej przez Agencję Bezpieczeństwa Wewnętrznego kontroli operacyjnej, przechowywania i przekazywania wniosków i zarządzeń oraz przechowywania, przekazywania, przetwarzania i niszczenia materiałów uzyskanych podczas stosowania tej kontroli.
