Regulation of the Minister of Health of 7 November 2002 on the rules for qualifying for individual sports disciplines, the scope of necessary medical examinations, and their frequency in relation to children and adolescents up to the age of 21 practicing amateur sports.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Zdrowia z dnia 7 listopada 2002 r. w sprawie zasad kwalifikacji do poszczególnych dyscyplin sportu, zakresu koniecznych badań lekarskich oraz ich częstotliwości w stosunku do dzieci i młodzieży do ukończenia 21 roku życia uprawiających sport amatorski.
