Regulation of the Council of Ministers of February 26, 2002 amending the regulation on the authorities authorized and obligated to carry out controls on the performance of the obligation to conclude an insurance contract and the procedure for determining and enforcing the fee for non-fulfillment of this obligation.
Rozporządzenie Rady Ministrów z dnia 26 lutego 2002 r. zmieniające rozporządzenie w sprawie organów uprawnionych i organów obowiązanych do przeprowadzania kontroli wykonania obowiązku zawarcia umowy ubezpieczenia obowiązkowego oraz trybu ustalania i egzekwowania opłaty za niedopełnienie tego obowiązku.
