Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of March 29, 2002 on the introduction, on a reciprocal basis, of a compensatory fee in relation to foreign entrepreneurs performing international road transport with motor vehicles registered in Ukraine, the determination of the amount of this fee, the procedure for its payment, and the units competent to collect it.
Rozporządzenie Ministra Infrastruktury z dnia 29 marca 2002 r. w sprawie wprowadzenia na zasadzie wzajemności opłaty wyrównawczej w stosunku do zagranicznych przedsiębiorców wykonujących międzynarodowy transport drogowy pojazdami samochodowymi zarejestrowanymi na terytorium Ukrainy, określenia wysokości tej opłaty, trybu jej wnoszenia oraz jednostek właściwych do jej pobierania.
