Rozporządzenie Ministra Gospodarki z dnia 11 czerwca 2002 r. w sprawie kwalifikacji wymaganych od osób kierownictwa i dozoru ruchu zakładów górniczych, mierniczego górniczego i geologa górniczego oraz wykazu stanowisk w ruchu zakładu górniczego, które wymagają szczególnych kwalifikacji.
