Regulation of the Minister of Environment of July 8, 2002 on the determination of the detailed method of conducting an assessment of threats to human health and the environment in connection with undertaking actions consisting of the contained use of GMOs, intentional release of GMOs into the environment, including placing GMO products on the market, and the requirements that the documentation containing the findings of such assessment should meet.

Rozporządzenie Ministra Środowiska z dnia 8 lipca 2002 r. w sprawie określenia szczegółowego sposobu przeprowadzania oceny zagrożeń dla zdrowia ludzi i środowiska w związku z podjęciem działań polegających na zamkniętym użyciu GMO, zamierzonym uwolnieniu GMO do środowiska, w tym wprowadzeniu do obrotu produktów GMO, oraz wymagań, jakie powinna spełniać dokumentacja zawierająca ustalenia takiej oceny.
