- Regulation of the Council of Ministers of June 9, 1998, on the manner and procedure for concluding an agreement based on which membership in an open pension fund is obtained, the manner and deadline for submitting a declaration on marital property relations of an open pension fund member, and notifying the open pension fund of any change to the content of such a declaration, covering funds accumulated in the member's account.
