Government statement of February 24, 2006, concerning the entry into force of the Agreement between the Republic of Poland and the Czech Republic on a new connection of the Polish national road No. 78 and the Czech road I/58 and on the construction of a new border bridge over the Oder River in the area of Chałupki and Bohumin, done at Katowice on August 25, 2001.

Oświadczenie rządowe z dnia 24 lutego 2006 r. w sprawie mocy obowiązującej Umowy między Rzecząpospolitą Polską a Republiką Czeską o nowym połączeniu polskiej drogi krajowej nr 78 i czeskiej drogi I/58 oraz o budowie nowego mostu granicznego przez rzekę Odrę w rejonie Chałupek i Bohumina, sporządzonej w Katowicach dnia 25 sierpnia 2001 r.
