Regulation of the Council of Ministers of April 26, 2011 amending the regulation on the method and procedure for concluding an agreement based on which membership in an open pension fund is obtained, the method and deadline for submitting a declaration on marital property relations of a member of an open pension fund, and notifying the open pension fund of any change to the content of such a declaration, covering funds accumulated in the member's account
Rozporządzenie Rady Ministrów z dnia 26 kwietnia 2011 r. zmieniające rozporządzenie w sprawie sposobu i trybu zawarcia umowy, na podstawie której następuje uzyskanie członkostwa w otwartym funduszu emerytalnym, sposobu i terminu składania oświadczenia o małżeńskich stosunkach majątkowych członka otwartego funduszu emerytalnego oraz zawiadamiania otwartego funduszu emerytalnego o każdorazowej zmianie w stosunku do treści takiego oświadczenia, obejmującej środki zgromadzone na rachunku członka
