Oświadczenie rządowe z dnia 18 sierpnia 2022 r. w sprawie mocy obowiązującej w relacjach między Rzecząpospolitą Polską a Królestwem Belgii i Wielkim Księstwem Luksemburga Porozumienia o wygaśnięciu dwustronnych traktatów inwestycyjnych między państwami członkowskimi Unii Europejskiej, sporządzonego w Brukseli dnia 5 maja 2020 r., oraz jego zastosowania w realizacji postanowień Umowy między Rządem Polskiej Rzeczypospolitej Ludowej a Rządem Królestwa Belgii i Rządem Wielkiego Księstwa Luksemburga w sprawie popierania i wzajemnej ochrony inwestycji, sporządzonej w Warszawie dnia 19 maja 1987 r.
