Instruction of the Minister of the Interior of June 1, 1931, for voivodeship general administration authorities regarding the granting of concessions for establishing pharmacies in the territory of the former Russian partition, issued on the basis of point 13 of Article 2 and Article 10 of the basic sanitary law of July 19, 1919 (Dz.Pr.P.P. No. 63, item 371) in conjunction with Article 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Public Health of July 10, 1920, concerning the granting of concessions for establishing pharmacies (Dz.U.R.P. No. 62, item 411).
