Instruction of the Minister of Public Works of 7 November 1931, issued on the basis of paragraphs 27, 32 and 19 of the regulation of the Ministers of Public Works and Finance of 3 October 1931, issued in agreement with the Ministers of the Interior, Industry and Trade, Justice, and Posts and Telegraphs, on the implementation of the law on the State Road Fund (Dz.U.R.P. No. 92, item 716) concerning tickets that transport companies paying fees to the State Road Fund should use for actually sold tickets, and on the calculation of lump-sum fees to this Fund.

Instrukcja Ministra Robót Publicznych z dnia 7 listopada 1931 r. wydana na podstawie pa.par. 27, 32 i 19 rozporządzenia Ministrów Robót Publicznych i Skarbu z dnia 3 października 1931 r. wydanego w porozumieniu z Ministrami: Spraw Wewnętrznych, Przemysłu i Handlu, Sprawiedliwości oraz Poczt i Telegrafów w sprawie wykonania ustawy o Państwowym Funduszu Drogowym (Dz.U.R.P. Nr 92 poz. 716) w sprawie biletów, jakich używać powinny przedsiębiorstwa przewozowe, uiszczające opłatę na rzecz Państwowego Funduszu Drogowego od rzeczywiście sprzedanych biletów, oraz w sprawie obliczania ryczałtowych opłat na rzecz tegoż Funduszu.
