Announcement of the Minister of Industry and Trade of January 9, 1933, issued in agreement with the Minister of Agriculture and Agrarian Reform, concerning the repeal of the Announcement of the Minister of Industry and Trade of January 15, 1932, issued in agreement with the Minister of Agriculture and Agrarian Reform, concerning the supplementation of the Announcement of May 31, 1930, on the conditions for obtaining certificates from the Ministry of Industry and Trade authorizing the receipt of export receipts for the export of scutched flax and scutched flax tow.
