Announcement of the Minister of Industry and Trade of October 30, 1934, issued in agreement with the Minister of Finance, on the list of institutions authorized to issue export certificates, mentioned in § 3 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of October 25, 1934, in agreement with the Ministers of Industry and Trade and Agriculture and Agrarian Reform, on the refund of customs duty on the export of certain goods.
