Resolution of the Presidium of the National Council of the Homeland of November 11, 1946, on decorations for merits in the reconstruction of life in Poland, both before the 1939 war and in Reborn Poland, and for extensive charitable activities in the field of rebuilding the existence of the Jewish population and assistance to Jewish social organizations.
