Regulation of the Minister of Reconstruction of December 15, 1947, issued in agreement with the Minister of the Treasury and the Chairman of the Central Planning Office, on the establishment of the state enterprise under the name: "Centrala Sprzętu Państwowych Przedsiębiorstw Budowlanych".
Zarządzenie Ministra Odbudowy z dnia 15 grudnia 1947 r. wydane w porozumieniu z Ministrem Skarbu i Prezesem Centralnego Urzędu Planowania o utworzeniu państwowego przedsiębiorstwa pod nazwą: "Centrala Sprzętu Państwowych Przedsiębiorstw Budowlanych".
