Instruction of the Minister of Industry and Trade of March 1, 1948, on the procedure for establishing state administration and the scope of powers of state administrators appointed on the basis of the Decree of December 16, 1918, concerning compulsory state administration (Journal of Laws No. 21, item 67) as amended by the Regulation of the President of the Republic of Poland of May 25, 1927 (Journal of Laws of the Republic of Poland No. 49, item 437) and the Regulation of the President of the Republic of Poland of December 28, 1934 (Journal of Laws of the Republic of Poland No. 110, item 976) over industrial establishments which, pursuant to Article 5 of the Decree of October 28, 1947, on the obligation to notify about conducting industry and performing certain gainful activities (Journal of Laws of the Republic of Poland No. 66, item 403), will cease operations entirely.

Instrukcja Ministra Przemysłu i Handlu z dnia 1 marca 1948 r. w sprawie ustalenia trybu postępowania przy ustanawianiu zarządu państwowego i zakresu uprawnień zarządcy państwowego ustanowionych na podstawie dekretu z dnia 16 grudnia 1918 r. w przedmiocie przymusowego zarządu państwowego (Dz. Praw. nr 21 poz. 67) w brzmieniu nadanym rozporządzeniem Prezydenta R.P. z dnia 25 maja 1927 r. (Dz.U.R.P. nr 49 poz. 437) i Rozporządzeniem Prezydenta R.P. z dnia 28 grudnia 1934 r. (Dz.U.R.P. nr 110 poz. 976) nad zakładami przemysłowymi, które na podstawie art. 5 Dekretu z dnia 28 października 1947 r. w sprawie obowiązku zawiadomienia o prowadzeniu przemysłu i wykonywaniu niektórych zajęć zarobkowych (Dz.U.R.P. nr 66 poz. 403) ulegną całkowitemu wstrzymaniu ruchu.
