Order of the Minister of Industry and Trade of July 29, 1948, issued in agreement with the Minister of Finance and the President of the Central Planning Office, on the establishment of the state enterprise under the name: "Industrial Construction Enterprise for Mechanization of Construction and Building Equipment".
