Regulation of the Minister of Industry and Trade of December 17, 1947, issued in agreement with the Minister of the Treasury, on the principles for determining the value of items for which the court has ordered confiscation for the benefit of the State Treasury on the basis of Art. 9 of the Decree of August 19, 1946, on the licensing of tanneries, establishments for salting and drying raw hides, and certain footwear or transmission belt factories.

Zarządzenie Ministra Przemysłu i Handlu z dnia 17 grudnia 1947 r. wydane w porozumieniu z Ministrem Skarbu w sprawie zasad określenia wartości przedmiotów, co do których sąd orzekł przepadek na rzecz Skarbu Państwa na zasadzie art. 9 dekretu z dnia 19 sierpnia 1946 r. o koncesjonowaniu garbarń, zakładów do solenia i suszenia skór surowych oraz niektórych fabryk obuwia lub pasów transmisyjnych.
