Order of the Minister of Reconstruction of September 18, 1948, issued in agreement with the Minister of Finance and the President of the Central Planning Office, on the establishment of a state enterprise under the name "Central Bureau of Architectural and Construction Projects - State Enterprise".
Zarządzenie Ministra Odbudowy z dnia 18 września 1948 r. wydane w porozumieniu z Ministrem Skarbu i Prezesem Centralnego Urzędu Planowania o utworzeniu przedsiębiorstwa państwowego pod nazwą "Centralne Biuro Projektów Architektonicznych i Budowlanych - przedsiębiorstwo państwowe wyodrębnione".
