Regulation of the Minister of Reconstruction of November 25, 1948, issued in agreement with the Minister of Finance and the President of the Central Planning Office, on amending the regulation of June 13, 1947, on the establishment of the state enterprise: "Państwowe Przedsiębiorstwa Budowlane - Zjednoczenie Warszawskie".
