Order of the Minister of Reconstruction of December 28, 1948, issued in agreement with the Minister of Finance and the President of the Central Planning Office, concerning the establishment of a state enterprise under the name: "State Waterworks - segregated state enterprise" and the liquidation of the state enterprise "State Waterworks in Upper Silesia".
Zarządzenie Ministra Odbudowy z dnia 28 grudnia 1948 r. wydane w porozumieniu z Ministrem Skarbu i Prezesem Centralnego Urzędu Planowania w sprawie utworzenia przedsiębiorstwa państwowego pod nazwą: "Państwowe Zakłady Wodociągowe - przedsiębiorstwo państwowe wyodrębnione" i likwidacji przedsiębiorstwa państwowego "Państwowe Zakłady Wodociągowe na Górnym Śląsku".
