Order of the Minister of Communications of February 17, 1949, issued in agreement with the Minister of Finance and the President of the Central Planning Office, on amending the order of November 18, 1947, on the establishment of the state enterprise named: "State Enterprise of Communications Works".
Zarządzenie Ministra Komunikacji z dnia 17 lutego 1949 r. wydane w porozumieniu z Ministrem Skarbu i Prezesem Centralnego Urzędu Planowania w sprawie zmiany zarządzenia z dnia 18 listopada 1947 r. o utworzeniu przedsiębiorstwa państwowego pod nazwą: "Państwowe Przedsiębiorstwo Robót Komunikacyjnych".
