Order of the Minister of Shipping of November 22, 1948, issued in agreement with the Minister of Finance and the President of the Central Planning Office, on the establishment of a state enterprise named: "Państwowe Biuro Projektów Budownictwa Morskiego - przedsiębiorstwo państwowe wyodrębnione".
Zarządzenie Ministra Żeglugi z dnia 22 listopada 1948 r. wydane w porozumieniu z Ministrem Skarbu i Prezesem Centralnego Urzędu Planowania o utworzeniu przedsiębiorstwa państwowego pod nazwą: "Państwowe Biuro Projektów Budownictwa Morskiego - przedsiębiorstwo państwowe wyodrębnione".
