Regulation of the Minister of Industry and Trade of December 9, 1948, issued in agreement with the Minister of Finance and the President of the Central Planning Office, on the establishment of a state enterprise under the name: Dolnośląskie Zakłady Wytwórcze Maszyn Elektrycznych.
