Order of the Minister of Communications of March 18, 1949, issued in agreement with the Minister of Finance and the President of the Central Planning Office, on granting the statute to the state enterprise under the name "Państwowe Przedsiębiorstwo Robót Komunikacyjnych nr 2 - Roboty Drogowe".
