Resolution No. 92 of the Presidium of the Government of February 10, 1951, suspending point 16 of the resolution of the Economic Committee of the Council of Ministers of December 7, 1948, concerning the financing of investments and settlements for supplies and investment works of enterprises covered by the financial system, and the abolition of advance payments for construction and assembly enterprises.
