Regulation of the Minister of Finance of January 11, 1951, on the obligation for state authorities and offices, and entities of the socialized economy to appoint and report to financial authorities persons acting on their behalf and responsible for the correct collection of local tax by means of cash collection and for the timely payment (transfer) of the collected tax to the account of the competent financial authority.

Zarządzenie Ministra Finansów z dnia 11 stycznia 1951 r. o obowiązku ustanowienia i zgłoszenia organom finansowym przez władze i urzędy państwowe oraz podmioty gospodarki uspołecznionej osób działających w ich imieniu i odpowiedzialnych za prawidłowy pobór w drodze inkasa podatku od lokali oraz za terminowe wpłacanie (przelewanie) pobranego podatku na rachunek właściwego organu finansowego.
