Zarządzenie Przewodniczącego Państwowej Komisji Planowania Gospodarczego i Ministra Finansów z dnia 25 czerwca 1951 r. w sprawie finansowania w roku 1951 wydatków organizacyjno-rozruchowych w nowobudujących się przedsiębiorstwach i zakładach lub w powstających na skutek działalności inwestycyjnej nowych oddziałach czynnych przedsiębiorstw i zakładów.
