Order of the Minister of Small Industry and Crafts of September 9, 1953, on the transfer to the chairmen of the presidia of provincial national councils of certain powers to issue permits for the disbursement of funds to cover payroll overruns in state-owned local industry enterprises.
Zarządzenie Ministra Przemysłu Drobnego i Rzemiosła z dnia 9 września 1953 r. w sprawie przekazania przewodniczącym prezydiów wojewódzkich rad narodowych niektórych uprawnień do wydawania zezwoleń na wypłatę środków na pokrycie przekroczeń funduszu płac w przedsiębiorstwach państwowego przemysłu terenowego.
