Zarządzenie Ministra Finansów z dnia 14 października 1953 r. zmieniające zarządzenie z dnia 21 marca 1952 r. w sprawie szczegółowych zasad, trybu rejestracji i kontroli przestrzegania dyscypliny finansowej w zakresie etatów, stawek i funduszu płac, jak również zakresu działania poszczególnych organów rejestrujących oraz banków.
