Zarządzenie Ministra Szkolnictwa Wyższego z dnia 22 października 1953 r. w sprawie składania egzaminów i uzyskiwania dyplomów ukończenia studiów wyższych w charakterze eksternistów przez osoby skreślone z ostatniego roku studiów wskutek niezachowania terminów uzyskania dyplomu.
