Uchwała nr 1166 Prezydium Rządu z dnia 20 grudnia 1952 r. zmieniająca uchwałę z dnia 10 września 1952 r. w sprawie wykazu szkół wyższych uprawnionych do nadawania dyplomów o ukończeniu studiów drugiego stopnia lub równorzędnych oraz warunków i trybu ich nadawania w szkołach wyższych.
