Resolution No. 310 of the Council of Ministers of April 29, 1953, on establishing the list of higher education institutions transferred to the supervision of the Main Committee for Physical Culture, whose graduates are subject in 1953 to the provisions of the law on the planned employment of graduates of vocational secondary schools and higher education institutions.
