Zarządzenie nr 285 Prezesa Rady Ministrów z dnia 10 grudnia 1954 r. w sprawie nadania uprawnień do nakładania i ściągania grzywien w drodze mandatu karnego za naruszenie przepisów porządkowych o korzystaniu z komunalnych środków komunikacyjnych organom kontroli ruchu ustanowionym w komunalnych przedsiębiorstwach komunikacyjnych.
